I ordered this product for my 16 y.o. daughter who has histamine issues and also seems to catch every cold going around during winter. She has always has a number of weeks off school due to allergy symptoms and excess mucous she produces. It was not unusual to go through FIVE boxes of tissues in a day with all the mucous she was producing. She has been taking this probiotic for about 2 months now and during this time she has had one cold that lasted 1-2 days, she has less mucous, less nose blowing and sniffling and is generally feeling better overall. We no longer have shares in Kleenex ;-). I would definitely recommend this product to others.
