This program literally saved my life! after being on antidepressants for over 7 years I made the tough decision to go off my medication by tapering. I did this with the support from my doctor however my "symptoms" of brain zaps, muscle twitches, vagueness, and hand and feet numbness was all in my head or imagined. I looked for help online for non medicated drug withdrawal and found the road back program. THANK GOD ! I am so much better although I still struggle with depression but with body calm I will survive!
