How much zinc and copper is in Beef Organs Black Label?

Black label beef organs has equal quantities of beef liver, beef heart, beef kidney and marrow.
A serve of 4 capsules (2 grams) freeze dried blend contains approximately 0.3mg copper per serve and a similar amount of zinc.
Zinc competes with copper for absorption so with similar amounts of zinc per serve as copper, copper absorption is less.
We believe that when consuming beef organs daily this is an adequate source of bio identical zinc and copper.

Are there any age restrictions for taking beef organ capsules?

Beef organs are usually introduced to infants at around 6 months of age when they have commenced solids. One or two capsules can be opened and the powder mixed into puree meat or fruit.  Children less than 10 years old can take 2 capsules a day of a morning with a glass of water or with a teaspoon of honey. Best before breakfast and meals.  Children over ten can take 4 capsules a day.  Adults can take up to 12 capsules a day.
