Histamine block has really been a game changer with my Mast Cell Activation. I started flushing bright red and burning hot on my face, had incredible heartburn, palpitations and tachycardia aswell as chronic fatigue. I could eat 2 foods and that was it!!! 2 safe foods that didnt cause a reaction. Until i found Histamine Block. I can now eat much more! I dont flush AT ALL when i have it. As soon as i run out i have terrible flushing again. My reactions in my throat (mild anaphylaxis) nearly vanished. This stuff works so well for me. Highly recommend giving it a go if you have Mast Cell Activation or Histamine Intolerance.

Excellent product for calming the mind and inducing a natural restful sleep, particularly during periods of stress and low mood. It's non-addictive. I awake fresh and bright-minded with no grogginess.

Had psoriasis for years but since taking 2 tablets of Beta glucan13D, my psoriasis is now gone where there were smaller patches and the bigger areas are now breaking up into smaller patches with new clear skin in between. I wrote a review on June 25, which I commented on the improvement. I can now report a massive improvement all over my body with most of the psoriasis from my legs and arms gone completely.
I am delighted because I have spent significant money trying things and none worked for me. The beta glucan has.
I can also report that my high blood pressure has improved significantly as well much to my doctors delight and I received a much better reading.

I love this product. It seems to be the best on the market. If I take a dose a day I never get sick. I usually take it for a couple of months then break for a month. If I have left it too long and I end up getting sick, it reduces the symptoms and shortens the duration. Look up the product information from the manufacturer, it's worth the read. Fantastic!

My immune system has gotten much stronger since taking this vitamin c. I feel like I fight off colds faster and generally feel good. I use the multivitamin also. I also give it to my kids. I love the fact that's it's so pure and has no fillers! That was the big selling point for me. No fillers! so your getting a good dose of vitamin and no other junk!

I Feel fantastic taking this multi. I've got more energy throughout the day. I take 2 in the AM and 3 in the PM. Husband takes 3 AM, 4PM. We find this is enough. Just a. Great all round vitamin for our busy lives. Also my eyelashes have never been so long! And hair so healthy. I've had less colds and flu than ever since I started taking them, and when I did get a cold it was easier to fight off. Highly recommended this to everyone.
FYI. There is a manufacturing date on the bottom it's not the expiration date you have 2 yrs from that date to use them. :)

This kids multi is my favorite. I have 4 fussy eaters. They take 3 -4 each a day and I find that is enough ages 6-10yrs. I find their behavior is more settled when on this multi than any other I've tried. Teachers have noticed the difference also at school. All have ASD. I would highly recommend it to everyone not just ASD kids but as a general good quality multivitamin. FYI.- There is a manufacturer date on the bottom you get 2 yrs to use the product, this is not the expiration date :)
