Really happy this product exists, super-helpful for my needs. Rare to find, glad I found it!
I need to avoid folate, and I dose B12 independently, varying depending on blood test results.
In other words, B-Minus is a steady, convenient staple for me. (It would be such a headache to have to try to sort it without B-Minus!)

Have been taking HistaminX probiotia for years. Cannot live without them. Excellent for those sensitive guts needing good quality multi strains for balance.

These probiotics are great. It took around a month to notice the difference but I have been able to add some new foods to my diet as I have many food intolerances. i find the reactions I have to certain foods now are less severe - I will keep taking these on a regular basis. Great for those who are histamine intolerant. No reactions! A quality product.

I ordered this product for my 16 y.o. daughter who has histamine issues and also seems to catch every cold going around during winter. She has always has a number of weeks off school due to allergy symptoms and excess mucous she produces. It was not unusual to go through FIVE boxes of tissues in a day with all the mucous she was producing. She has been taking this probiotic for about 2 months now and during this time she has had one cold that lasted 1-2 days, she has less mucous, less nose blowing and sniffling and is generally feeling better overall. We no longer have shares in Kleenex ;-). I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I tried this product and was hoping it did not irritate as I have sensitive skin, it doesn't. It has a gritty texture which exfoliates and it feels after rinsing off like you have moisturised. It is a nice product and I would buy again.
